We've been patients here for years. They always take the time to explain what they are doing before performing any dental work. I was recently surprised to learn that Travis' (87) long lost brother Rob works here so that was an unexpected bonus! Thanks for the help with scheduling Rob!

My first experience for this visit was when Rob called me to confirm my appt time. He was friendly on the phone. Later he called because there had been a cancellation and wondered if I could come in earlier. Although I couldn't make it, he made a note in my acct on how to pronounce my name correctly. He wanted to be sure everyone in the office attended to that little detail about me. I saw Dr. Bierle on this visit of routine dental cleaning. She was very thorough as she explained to me what she was doing and her meaning as she examined me. She was kind and gentle. Even Ana the hygienist was especially careful as she took my x-rays. This was one of my most memorable visits to the dentist. I'm so glad my friend referred me to them. Thanks for the awesome care I received!
